I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Orders may take up 2-5 business days to fulfill due to our commitment to critical safety measures for staff due to Covid- 19. We appreciate your patience & understanding.

Please allow 2 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx. Transit times depend on the shipping option you chose. Shipping times do not include fulfillment times.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking numbers will be available once your product has been fulfilled and shipped.

CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We do ship every item with extra care. If your item comes damaged due to mail service mistreatment please let us know right away so we can assist.
